Completing an Apprenticeship is an excellent way to gain hands-on experience whilst building the skills employers are looking for.
As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced staff, learning directly from those in the industry whilst also earning a wage. Apprenticeships combine practical training with classroom learning and are offered in a wide range of sectors making them a flexible and rewarding route into employment and further progression.
Apprenticeships allow you to earn a salary, receive standard employee benefits and are a great way to fast track your career. There are four main levels of apprenticeships: intermediate, advanced, higher and degree. This means you can find the right one to suit your abilities, experience and goals.
