Eligibility Criteria for Heart of Worcestershire Free Adult and Community Courses
Courses are open to adults aged 19 years and over who meet one or more of the following criteria:
Education & Employment Readiness
- Seeking to build confidence or skills to re-enter education.
- Currently in education and requiring additional support in other areas.
- Looking to build confidence or skills to re-enter the workplace.
- Aiming to develop social skills that enhance employability.
Health & Wellbeing
- Requiring support to improve or maintain physical health.
- Requiring support to improve or maintain mental health and wellbeing
- At risk of or experiencing conditions associated with aging and seeking preventative or supportive interventions.
Social Inclusion & Life Skills
- Experiencing or at risk of social isolation.
- Seeking to build life skills, including individuals with disabilities, learning disabilities or neurodivergence.
- Caring for family members and in need of support or respite.
ESOL
- English for Speakers of other Languages – contact [email protected] or [email protected] to check current eligibility rules.
Referral-Based Eligibility
- Referred or recommended by agencies, charities, or support services working with vulnerable individuals.
- * There is a cost of £7 for flowers on the Flower Craft Courses.
