Eligibility Criteria for Heart of Worcestershire Free Adult and Community Courses

Courses are open to adults aged 19 years and over who meet one or more of the following criteria: 

Education & Employment Readiness 
  • Seeking to build confidence or skills to re-enter education. 
  • Currently in education and requiring additional support in other areas. 
  • Looking to build confidence or skills to re-enter the workplace. 
  • Aiming to develop social skills that enhance employability. 
Health & Wellbeing 
  • Requiring support to improve or maintain physical health. 
  • Requiring support to improve or maintain mental health and wellbeing 
  • At risk of or experiencing conditions associated with aging and seeking preventative or supportive interventions. 
Social Inclusion & Life Skills 
  • Experiencing or at risk of social isolation. 
  • Seeking to build life skills, including individuals with disabilities, learning disabilities or neurodivergence. 
  • Caring for family members and in need of support or respite. 
ESOL  
Referral-Based Eligibility 
  • Referred or recommended by agencies, charities, or support services working with vulnerable individuals.
  • * There is a cost of £7 for flowers on the Flower Craft Courses.
