The college was measured on how it embeds inclusive practices across recruitment, wellbeing, leadership, reasonable adjustments and community engagement.

This recognition is an honour and highlights the College's ongoing commitment to creating an environment where students, staff, and partners are supported, valued, and empowered to succeed within the College.

The assessment praised the College's strong commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and wellbeing with our offers of comprehensive support services, staff wellbeing initiatives and community partnerships.

The College was also recognised for its support of underrepresented groups with initiatives such as a Care Leavers Covenant, Armed Forces Covenant and One Million Mentors programme, as well as its commitment to neurodiversity awareness, wellbeing support and accessible opportunities for learners and staff.

Through partnerships with employers, local organisations and community groups, the College continues to provide meaningful opportunities including work placements, supported internships, apprenticeships, careers events and mentoring programmes that help learners achieve their potential.

Emma Milsom, Head of Student Support and Wellbeing, said:

"We are delighted to receive this recognition through the INclusive Worcestershire Leaders Fidelity Model. Inclusion is at the heart of everything we do, and this achievement reflects the dedication of our staff, students and partners in creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
